Everyone knows that the foundation of marketing or licensing design begins with the brand identity. But not everyone knows how to pull that together across multiple media of different shapes, sizes, contexts, and how to make a brand present consistently everywhere that a consumer might see it.

The name, logo, tagline or slogan, graphics, shapes and colours all create a brand from a design point of view. But sometimes brands hit a brick wall when they have to extend outside their traditional area. As when an offline brand needs to be online. Or a film franchise becomes a card game.
